This is in North Dakota. I arose long before the sun to take pictures in Theodore Roosevelt National Monument. The ground was covered with a heavy fog, so I continued on. Finally, I came to an overlook. Nothing could be seen. Suddenly, the fog cleared, presenting this magical scene. Never before had I seen such a range of delicate colors. I captured this scene just as the sun rose. |
